The next time someone offers you bottled water, take a stand and say "No thank you, I don't touch the stuff". This will open up a conversation about the massive swindle that is bottled water - and possibly persuade one more person to give it up entirely.

This is a "product" you can get virtually for free by turning on your kitchen tap! Yet millions are paying 1900 times more for the earth damaging (bottled in plastic) variety? If you drink bottled water, yes, YOU are!

Yet, that very same bottled water that you're paying a huge premium for is, in about 40 percent of cases (in the USA), simply bottled tap water, which may or may not have received any additional treatment. And it is doing massive and unnecessary damage to the environment.

If you are worried about the quality of the water from your tap (and there are growing reasons in many areas of South Africa to do so), get a good filter and bottle your own, preferably in glass containers. And, if you prefer flavoured water, add your own flavours. Best of all, invest in a WATER DISTILLER  and drink pure, clean, healthy water all the time.
